When there are lots of different projects on the go you need to make sure no deadlines are missed. But how do you keep on top of them all? If you colour code important documents or files with coloured labels everyone in your workplace will know the completion date instantly. So you could use red labels for marking something is urgent and needs completing this week and green labels may mean the deadline is next month. Alternatively you could colour code by project. It’s up to you, simply choose the labelling system that is going to work best for and your team.
